Evidence
This appendix contains the 40 chapter figure cards, 35 additional findings and four case records used in the prose. It follows the edited chapter findings, rather than repeating obsolete summaries from the historical research collection. The selection is limited to evidence used in this book; it is not an inventory of every analysis conducted during the study.
The study ends on 1st of October 2026. The final ISO week is partial. Earlier comparison windows and complete-follow-up cutoffs remain attached to the measures that use them. Changing a cutoff label does not rerun an analysis.
The findings are evidence from this work. Classifications and inferred links are estimates where the method says so; the author’s explanations and recommendations remain interpretations. Subscription history is a firsthand account; costs are list-price equivalents, not reconciled with the bills I paid. External sources remain in the chapter bibliographies.
The entries state the measurement definitions and limits of the evidence. Numerical tables accompany the selected findings where available. The case records distinguish timestamped events, agent reports and the author’s recollection. Earlier methods are retained where they explain a supporting finding, with corrections where needed; superseded answers and verdicts are not presented as current results.
Repositories appear under the plain names used in the chapters. Where an entry quotes raw data, such as a list of repository labels in a measurement definition, the original repository names are kept; the fleet table in Chapter 1 maps one to the other.
