By accessing and using AI Hero Studio ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Hero Studio provides a SOC2-compliant platform for automating routine tasks for enterprise knowledge workers through artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The Service allows users to:

  • Create and deploy AI agents and automated workflows
  • Build business process handbooks and documentation
  • Automate routine knowledge work tasks
  • Integrate with third-party services and APIs

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service except through our provided APIs

5. AI Agent Responsibilities

When creating and deploying AI agents and automated workflows, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the configuration, actions, and outputs of your AI agents
  • You will implement appropriate testing, monitoring, and oversight for automated processes
  • You will not create agents that violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • You will maintain human oversight for critical business decisions and sensitive operations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Hero, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content, data, and workflows you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and maintain SOC2 compliance standards.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing subscription periods.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI HERO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Hero, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
