Getting an agent to work well in one repository is only part of building a factory. Across the fleet, applications use shared services, copied templates, common policies and a design system. When we fix something or learn a lesson in one repository, we need a way to carry it to the others that need it. That is the consistency flow: keeping applications consistent by carrying shared fixes, components and policies across the fleet.
